CloudCo Solutions are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. As a recruitment business we collect and process both personal data and sensitive personal data.  We are required to keep this data for different periods depending on the nature of the data.

This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

We acknowledge and agree that any personal data that we handle will be processed in accordance with all applicable data protection laws in force. Currently, the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) applies after it was written into UK law via the Data Protection Bill on 23 May 2018.

The information we hold about you comes from the way you engage with us such as meetings (either face to face or via phone), via LinkedIn, email, events or through the contracts between us. 

The type of information we hold

The information we hold includes job title (s), business and personal contact details, email addresses, CV, Salaries, LinkedIn profile and details of our interactions.

How we use your information

We will not share personal information about you with third parties without your consent unless the law requires us to do so.  We do need to pass on some of this data to:

  • To collaborate with you (e.g., to facilitate the recruitment process, by matching candidates’ details to job opportunities), and to provide information on such services, including notifying you about changes. For the legitimate interest of providing you with information you have requested and to record the history or our interaction with you.
  • To allow details of candidates’ experience and skills to be viewed by our clients whom we feel may be interested in engaging.

Retention

We hold your data with a view to providing future recruitment services to you and to manage our business relationship with you.

We retain your personal data for the period required for the purposes for which it was collected, any compatible purposes which we subsequently establish, any new purposes to which you subsequently consent, or to comply with legal, regulatory and policy requirements.

  • object to processing of personal data that is likely to cause, or is causing, damage or distress.
  • have inaccurate personal data corrected
  • request your information to be deleted or destroyed. On occasions we must maintain some records for legal reasons.
